Terms of Use — pre-launch draft

This draft must be finalized with the platform operator’s identity, address, support contact, applicable terms, and effective date before public launch. CDL Driver List helps drivers and carriers connect. Users must provide accurate information, use only accounts they are authorized to operate, and must not post misleading or unlawful opportunities. Account verification confirms a phone, email, or official record match only. The platform does not guarantee employment, carrier safety, a driver’s qualifications, or a company account holder’s authority. The launch period is free. Paid driver membership requires a separate, explicit checkout. Cancellation at the end of a paid period retains access until that period ends. No automatic subscription begins when free access ends. Abusive accounts and listings may be suspended or removed. Final cancellation, refund, dispute, and operator terms remain to be supplied before launch.
