Operator and agreement
CDLDRIVERSLIST LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, operates CDL Drivers List at cdldriverslist.com. Contact: admin@cdldriverslist.com. Our published mailing address is pending. These terms apply to driver, company and administrator accounts and use of this United States employment platform. By accepting the terms during registration, you agree to use the service as described here.
Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Actual driving positions may have higher age, licensing and eligibility requirements. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access. Company users must be authorized to represent their company. One company account is permitted per USDOT; an existing account must be recovered rather than duplicated.
Official records and verification
New company registration requires a successful official FMCSA record match for the entered USDOT, legal name or registered DBA and, if supplied, MC number, with an eligible operating status. A record match does not establish the account holder’s authority, insurance coverage, safety, financial reliability or suitability as an employer. Phone and email verification establish control of that contact only; we do not certify CDL licenses, driving histories, identity or work authorization. FMCSA information can change or be unavailable.
Driver applications and privacy
Apply is the application channel. Before submitting, review the company and expressly authorize sharing your current profile and contact details with that company. There is no general driver directory. Pausing your search or withdrawing an application closes future company access to your detailed profile and contact data. Historical process records remain, and information already saved outside the platform cannot be recalled. Reopening a paused application requires your separate action.
Company responsibilities and listings
Post accurate, authorized opportunities and clearly describe location, equipment, schedule, experience requirements, compensation and any conditions. Comply with applicable federal, state and local employment, pay transparency, wage, licensing, safety and anti-discrimination requirements. Do not publish discriminatory, misleading or fraudulent listings, request unlawful applicant information, charge applicants undisclosed recruitment fees, harvest contacts or use applicant data for unrelated marketing. Use shared information only for the relevant recruitment process and protect it appropriately. Listings are subject to administrator review and may be edited, paused or removed.
Offers and hiring outcomes
The service supports offers, responses and separate first-day confirmations by both parties. An accepted offer alone is not a confirmed hire; matching start confirmations create that platform record, while conflicting responses require review. These records do not replace an employment agreement, payroll, insurance, legal onboarding or compliance checks. Drivers and employers remain responsible for their decisions and verifying qualifications and terms. We do not guarantee employment, applicant suitability or performance. Entries marked TEST are demonstrations and must not be treated as real vacancies or hires.
Free launch and future memberships
The current launch is free. Ending free access does not automatically enroll or charge you. Any future driver subscription requires separate checkout with the price, renewal period and cancellation terms disclosed before purchase. Company accounts remain free in the current model. Canceling an end-of-period subscription preserves access through its paid period. Pausing a job search does not cancel a subscription. Existing application history and account/payment management remain accessible as described by the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable; payment-specific refund terms must be presented before paid membership is enabled.
Messages and reminders
We send account, security and verification messages and recruitment notifications relevant to your use. SMS verification is requested by you; carrier message and data charges may apply. Active drivers may receive a job-search status reminder every 14 days. No response does not automatically pause a search. Paused drivers do not receive job, offer or search-reminder messages, while essential account and payment communications may continue.
Content, misuse and moderation
You retain your rights in submitted content and permit us to host, display and process it to operate this service. Do not submit content you lack permission to use, malicious files, private documents unnecessary for recruitment or unlawful material. Do not scrape private data, impersonate others, bypass access restrictions or interfere with the service. We may restrict accounts and moderate content to address violations, fraud, security issues or legal requirements. Use the listing report function or contact support to request review.
Availability, disputes and changes
The service is provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted service or third-party accuracy and are not responsible for an employer’s or driver’s independent conduct. Nothing excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Wyoming law governs these terms to the extent permitted, together with applicable federal law and mandatory protections in other jurisdictions. Contact support first about platform disputes; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable rights. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact; a changed policy does not authorize a new use of personal data without the consent required by law.
