Privacy Policy — pre-launch draft

This draft must be finalized with the platform operator’s identity, contact, retention periods, deletion process, and effective date before public launch. We collect account, profile, verification, application, and subscription information needed to run the service. Passwords are managed by Supabase Auth. Verification codes are stored as hashes. Payment card details are handled by Stripe. There is no public driver directory. Verified members can explore jobs and company previews. Driver details are shared only with the verified company receiving a consented application, while that application and the driver’s search remain active. Shared details include current name, contact, location, CDL class, experience, preferences, bio, employment status and availability. When a driver applies with consent, their contact information is accessible to the verified company receiving that application. Service providers process necessary messages, hosting, database, and payment information. Pausing your search or withdrawing an application removes future company access to your details. Previously saved information cannot be recalled. Pausing does not cancel membership. We record application events, offers and separate outcome confirmations; only matching start confirmations count as a confirmed hire. Active drivers receive a status reminder every 14 days; no reply does not automatically pause their search. Final retention, account deletion, privacy request, and service provider disclosures must be completed before public launch.
