Who operates the service
CDLDRIVERSLIST LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, operates CDL Drivers List at cdldriverslist.com. Contact: admin@cdldriverslist.com. Our published mailing address is pending. This notice describes account, driver, company, application and website data handled for the service. It covers the platform’s processing; employers separately control information they receive and retain in their own recruitment systems.
Information we collect
Account information includes name, email, phone, role, verification and account status. Driver profiles include city/state, CDL class, experience, multiple job/equipment preferences, introduction and job-search state; optional employment status and availability remain private. Company information includes official name, contact person, USDOT/MC, business location, operations, equipment, website and description. We store listings, application consent, offers, responses, outcome confirmations, reports, moderation/audit events and, if purchased, membership/payment references. Essential cookies maintain sessions; hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser/request information and abuse-prevention signals.
How we use information
We use data to maintain accounts, verify contact control, match company records with FMCSA, display authorized listings and company previews, process applications, track recruitment outcomes, communicate service updates, prevent abuse, resolve reports and meet legal obligations. We do not perform CDL background checks or automated hiring decisions. Do not include Social Security numbers, medical details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information in introductions or listings.
Application sharing and your controls
Driver profiles are not publicly browsable. When you apply and give explicit sharing consent, only the relevant active, verified company and authorized administrators may access your current detailed profile, including optional employment/availability and permitted contact data. Access depends on an active search and application; it closes when you pause or withdraw. Previous company copies cannot be recalled. Companies receive secure notification links, not emailed driver profiles or PDF attachments. Authorized members may preview company business profiles before applying; anonymous visitors do not receive actual listings or member details.
Providers and official sources
Supabase handles authentication/database services; Vercel hosts the application; Cloudflare supports DNS and bot/security protection; Resend sends application emails; Twilio Verify handles requested SMS verification. FMCSA processes company lookup identifiers through its official service and supplies public carrier records. Stripe processes card payments if paid membership is enabled; we store subscription references rather than full card details. Providers receive information needed for their functions. We may disclose necessary data for legal obligations, fraud/security protection or a business transfer with appropriate notice and safeguards. We do not offer driver data for sale or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current service.
Verification, security and location
Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth. Email verification codes are hashed by the application; SMS codes are generated and checked by Twilio Verify, and the application stores verification references and attempt controls. Access controls restrict private data, but no security measure guarantees absolute protection. The database and application compute are configured in United States regions; providers, support personnel and backups may involve processing in other locations under their arrangements. This is not a promise that every copy or processing activity is confined to one state or country.
Retention, correction and deletion requests
You can update profile data in your account. We retain information while needed for the account/service and for legitimate security, recruitment history, dispute or legal purposes; restricted historical records may outlast active profile access. Request access, correction, a copy, account closure or deletion through admin@cdldriverslist.com. We verify requests proportionately, explain any lawful exception and handle requests within applicable deadlines. Residual backups and legally retained records may be removed on a different schedule and remain restricted. A recipient company’s own records are subject to that company’s obligations. Exact operational retention periods and the deletion workflow require operator finalization before general launch.
United States privacy rights
Depending on your residence and the laws applicable to the operator, you may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, obtain a copy or limit certain processing, opt out of legally defined sale/sharing or targeted advertising, and appeal a denial where required. California-specific rights apply when the applicable law covers the business and processing; we do not claim those thresholds are met merely because a Californian uses the site. Submit requests or questions to admin@cdldriverslist.com; we will not discriminate for exercising applicable rights. If a future data use requires a new opt-out mechanism or consent, it must be implemented and disclosed before that use begins.
Children, communications and changes
The platform is intended for adults 18 or older. If an underage account is reported, contact admin@cdldriverslist.com so we can investigate and restrict/remove data as appropriate. Job-search reminders and recruitment messages follow your search state; essential security and account messages may continue. This notice describes current practices and will be updated with notice of material changes. It does not authorize unrelated marketing or a future sale of personal information.
